One of the biggest challenges you can face when traveling with kids is finding kid-friendly restaurants to eat at. While traveling to Georgian Downs Racetrack in Innisfil (see tomorrow's post) we decided to stop in at Lonestar Texas Grill in Barrie, Ontario.

Pros:

Change tables in BOTH the women's and men's bathrooms

Highchairs are available and fit a wide variety of ages - our one year old was safe enough but there was plenty of room for older kids too

Has a kid's menu that has activities to keep them busy while waiting for food to arrive

Cons:

Kid's menu doesn't offer a lot in the way of healthy options (fajitas are probably the healthiest choice)
